The grapevine has it that the Harry Potter actor, who has a 17-month-old son with Hart, 43, is worried about his wife”s reaction. “Michael and Philippa are delighted that she’s pregnant again, but he is very worried about what his wife thinks of all this. He says it will cause him a lot of hassle if it comes out, but his private arrangements are so complicated he can”t really expect a completely smooth ride,” British tabloid The Sun quoted a pal as saying. Gambon lives in a bachelor pad, and has a 44-year-old son with his wife. “He continues to see his wife and mistress, but is very secretive about both relationships. He may be getting on, but Michael is still a wizard with the ladies,” the pal added.

Big Pictures (UK) Ltd had petitioned for permission to appeal against the decision of the Court of Appeal in May that the law protects children from intrusive media attention. It upheld an appeal by J K Rowling – under her real name, Joanne Murray – and her husband, Neil, against Mr Justice Patten’s decision to strike out their privacy claim the photographic agency on behalf of their young son, David. The action came after pictures of the couple pushing David, who was then 19 months old, in a buggy as they walked from their home in Edinburgh to a nearby cafĂ© appeared in a number of newspaper and in the Sunday Express magazine in April 2005. The couple sued as David’s litigation friends, saying the photographs were an infringement to his right to respect for family and private life, and were a breach of the Data Protection Act 1998.

Luke, who also has an uncannily accurate Harry Potter voice, will show off his superb magic and balloon modelling skills, as well as mingling with families arriving for Wizards on Windermere. Inside the Aquarium, enthralling creepy creature talks are being staged throughout the thrilling event, to offer exciting insights into the lives of toads, frogs and scary spiders living at the attraction. Families will be able to create their own creatures in creature-themed craft activity sessions and facepainting will also be available between October 28 to November 1. On October 28 and 31, everyone will go bats, as the Furness Bat Group provides introductions to their nocturnal creatures.
