I am told that work on the film – an adaptation of Lucy M Boston’s books The Children of Green Knowe – has been put back by a few weeks to accommodate her. “I imagine we will begin filming within the next few weeks,” says a spokesman for Fellowes. “I am not, however, in a position to give you a precise date just yet.
