New Harry Potter Game ‘” Full Details and First Screens
Spong – Nov 22, 2006
So, we are glad to hear the news today that EA is planning on bringing out Harry Potter And The Order Of The Phoenix – the first next gen Harry Potter game alongside the new movie next July (you know, the one where Harry cops off with some witch or something). The game is based on the movie which in turn is based on J. Rowling’s fifth book of the same title. We will continue to mock any adult we catch anywhere in public wasting their time reading these children’s books.

A Greenpeace activist did the trick on Monday by abseiling into the Dutch prime minister’s final general election campaign rally armed with a bottle of champagne. Momentarily stumped for words, as a pair of legs waved in the air above him in a hall at the famous Keukenhof tulip flower garden in Lisse, Mr Balkenende quickly recovered his poise. “Welcome to Greenpeace,” he said, as Joris Thyssew hovered over the rally for the best part of 20 minutes before landing on the platform in a protest against the alleged contamination of the Champagne area of France by Dutch nuclear waste. Greenpeace achieved a feat that has eluded the cast of colourful characters who can normally be relied on to stir up Dutch politics: they livened up a deeply dull election campaign.
ABC Family Counts Down 25 Days of Christmas
Multichannel News – Nov 22, 2006
With expanded marketing efforts comes expanded programming. This year’s rendition of 25 Days of Christmas will blend time-tested holiday classics with new originals and premieres. Among newly acquired content are the Harry Potter movies, kicking off Dec. 1 with Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone, and continuing through the weekend with Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets and Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban. The titles are complemented with behind-the-scenes interviews, bonus footage and deleted scenes, plus a sneak peak at Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix. Another acquired asset: the Dec. 8 basic-cable premiere of The Polar Express, starring Tom Hanks.
